Can I transfer my contacts from my old BlackBerry® to my new one?

Transferring contacts from one BlackBerry® Smartphone to another is very easy thanks to BlackBerry®'s Desktop Manager software.  If it is not currently installed on your computer you can download it for free here.

To transfer your contacts all you need to do is, connect your old handset to your computer via the USB data cable that came with it, and open the Desktop manager on your computer.  Now you select "Switch Device Wizard" and follow the on screen instructions.  The Desktop Manager will now back up all the contacts from your old device, and ask you to plug in your new handset.  It will then put all your contacts on the new device in seconds.
