With this in mind, we process security checks with every order we receive.
What our security checks involve.
Whether it's for a handset only or if you're taking a new tariff package, we'll security check the order. This involves confirming your contact details through a directory service, then calling you to confirm that the order is genuine and that the details we have are all correct.
If the order is for a large amount of handsets, we may come and see you at your business premesis as well.
This protects both you the customer, as the last thing you want is to find out that someone has used your details fraudulently when you're hit with an unexpected bill, and us the supplier.
